- Check - in time: 15:00.
- Check-Out Time: 12:00 (noon).
- In order to complete your booking, you need a deposit of the total cost of your stay with a bank deposit.
-The rest of the stay will be paid on arrival.
Cancellation policy:
With regard to the cancellation policy, this, according to Article 8 of Law 1652 / 30-10-1986, Government Gazette 167A, has the following:
· Cancellation of the reservation 21 days prior to arrival, implies the return of the business of the entire advance. Any bank charges are charged to the customer.
· In case of full cancellation of your reservation or reduction of the total nights spent agreed within less than 21 days of the scheduled arrival date; business has the right to charge 50% of the total cost of the reservation · In case of departure before the scheduled date, 50% of the cost is charged overnight stays.
The client will have to deliver the room until 12:00 noon on the day of departure. In otherwise you will be charged 50% of the room rate until 18:00, and 100% more than that.
In case of material damage, the customer has to pay the damage before leaving.
